Platform to Train CCTV Systems
The ability to monitor the platform, track and vehicle interfaces is critical to providing a safe departure on single operator trains. Using state-of-the-art leaky feeder technology, KeTech Systems' Platform to Train multi-channel transmission system enables pictures from cameras located on the platform to be transmitted to the train cab, providing a real-time view of the critical platform edge / train doors area. A data interface also allows train information to be transmitted back from the train to the platform. The system can be configured to provide continuous coverage until the last carriage is clear of the station. With a proven history on the London Underground, this robust and proven technology is licence exempt and has LUL and HMRI approval.
