The KeTech Group offer a complete installation service for the systems they design, including testing and commissioning.

Maintenance & Repair 

The KeTech Group can support any project with a comprehensive maintenance package which can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Various options are offered to facilitate the most cost-effective support arrangements tailored to meet the requirements of your particular systems. Options include:

  • Site response times from 2 hours
  • Remote dial-in support from 2 hours
  • Site repair times from 2 hours
  • 24 hour / 365 day cover
  • Escalation procedures
  • Fault classification depending upon urgency
  • First, second and third line maintenance
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Help-desk providing engineer support
  • Fault logging and reporting
  • Control and logging of system spares
  • Statistical presentation and analysis of faults and spares usage
  • Periodic reporting to customer

Access to maintenance engineers can be provided through either our Central Fault Reporting on a 24 hours per day basis via one simple telephone number or via direct access to skilled engineers for our software support function, providing secure remote dial-in support to your systems. Emergency backup numbers and escalation procedures are also provided in the unlikely event of telecommunications outage or other problem.

The first and second line maintenance services are backed up by our service department in Nottingham, who carry out all third line maintenance work supported by the main production facility and comprehensive stores.

In addition, KeTech offer a comprehensive repair facility. The facility specialises in the service, fault finding and repair to component level of all KeTech products and systems.

The service provided includes:

  • Access to experienced service and repair technicians
  • Surface and through hole re-work stations
  • Support from system design engineers
  • Full manufacturing facility with precision engineering workshop
  • Calibration service

If you don't have a maintenance service arrangement with KeTech, ad-hoc repairs can be undertaken for smaller systems. For all ad-hoc repair orders, the individual repairs are first assessed and a brief report provided, detailing the fault and costs of repair. We will also advise you if we consider it not to be economically viable to carry out the repair work to a particular piece of equipment.
